Kitchen Audit
A nutrition service by Charlotte Mei

Your health goals are only as strong as the kitchen behind them.

Your kitchen was probably set up once and never revisited (you're not alone in this!) What's in it, how it's stored, what it's made of — all of it is influencing your health every single day.

You could be eating the most nutritious meals. But if the environment, the tools, and the ingredients around you aren't supporting your goals, it could all be working against you.

What it is
A nutritionist's
eye on the one
room no one
really checks.

Think of it as a nutritionist walking through your kitchen, observing and assessing to a high level of detail for you and your family.

I come to your home and go through everything — your pantry, your cookware, the tools you use every day — with the same care I'd bring to reviewing a client's nutrition plan.

What I cover

This goes beyond just the food you eat. The audit looks at your kitchen as a whole — the ingredients, yes, but also the materials, tools, and setup that influence your health every single day. Tap each area to find out more.

What's in your kitchen

I look at what's being stocked and eaten at home — across your fridge, freezer, and pantry — and assess how well it lines up with your health goals, your household's needs, and the way you actually eat day to day.

02
Safety & materials
What your food is stored, cooked, and served in.

Cookware, containers, dining ware, and storage habits — condition, materials, and anything that poses a risk you may not be aware of.Where relevant, more sustainable alternatives are recommended as part of a considered approach to what your family is regularly exposed to.

03
Cutting through the noise
What's actually worth your money and attention.

Not everything marketed as "healthy" earns its place in your kitchen. I'll cut through what's evidence-based, what's marketing, and what's genuinely worth your time and money — so you leave with clarity, not a longer shopping list.

Every corner of your kitchen, through a nutritionist's lens.

From what's stocked to what it's stored in — the audit covers your kitchen as a whole.

And it doesn't stop at noticing. Every audit comes with a personalised shopping list — built around the specific gaps I find in your kitchen, so you know exactly what to pick up next time you shop.

What you'll receive

After your audit, you'll receive a personalised written report.

It sets out what's working well, what to prioritise now versus later, and practical next steps — including a personalised shopping list built around your goals, needs, and kitchen environment.

Who it's for
Someone who takes their health seriously and wants to know if their kitchen is actually keeping up with their goals.
The busy professional who suspects there's a gap between their intentions and what's actually in their home — but hasn't had the time or know-how to look into it.
Families with a helper running the kitchen. If you're a bit removed from what's being bought, stored, and cooked at home — that's not unusual in Singapore. But it's worth knowing. This is how you find out.

I come to your kitchen and go through everything. You don't need to be there, but someone should be available to answer a few questions as I go.

A personalised report covering what's working, what to change, and a clear set of next steps — including shopping recommendations where relevant.
4
Post-call — 15 minutes

Most kitchens are set up once and trusted forever. But your kitchen is the foundation of your nutrition, and it deserves the same care you give your meals.
